Carter Creations does not accept returns unless the completed order arrives to you damaged from shipping.

Carter Creations is not responsible for changes in a clients weight. Please order a size large enough as letting the garments out is not an option. It is better to order the garment too large and have it taken in.

Cancellations for orders placed will only be accepted for garments that have not been put into production. Any garment in production will be the financial responsibility of the client.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Carter Creations assumes no responsiblility for alterations done by other individuals. Alterations are the responsibility of the client.

Alterations charges for work done by Carter Creations are not refundable.

No returns are accepted for custom work of any kind.
